Information you choose to share
Our contact form asks for your name, business name, address, phone number, email address, and message. When you submit it, the page address you were on and the submission time are included with your request. The form also contains a hidden field used only to detect automated spam.
Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in your message.
How a submission is processed
The form sends your details to our own server, which uses a PHP mailer to email the request to Cat60 Designs and to send a confirmation message to the email address you provided. We use the information to review and respond to your request.
Server logs and spam protection
Like most web servers, ours may keep standard technical logs, such as requests and errors. To limit abuse, the contact form uses temporary rate limits based on IP address. These records are used for security and reliability, not to build customer profiles.
Analytics and cookies
This site is configured to use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and selected contact actions. Google Analytics and any configured advertising tools load only after you accept optional analytics; before you choose or after you decline, no analytics events are sent to those tools. Analytics events include page details and selected action types, not your contact form fields or message. Accepting allows the tools to process usage information under their own privacy practices.
Embedded third-party content
Customer reviews are embedded from ReputationHub, and the footer map is embedded from Google Maps. Viewing these widgets connects your browser to their providers, which handle information under their own privacy practices.
